You can return your product purchased for exchange if a new item has
not been worn, washed, altered or defective we will exchange it for one
of the right size or color.
The return items can ship back to us if it is the same condition as shipped with proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.
Also, you can return your products merchandise purchased to our store
for exchange at the address on our web site after 7 days of purchase.
The exchange will be complete in the original amount paid per items, if
the items price has changed the purchaser need to pay the differences
before exchange send out.
We do not send C.O.D. All purchased must pay fully before delivery

Please note we cannot accept photocopied invoices or packing slips and we will only credit the credit card used for the original purchase
Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured courier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid.
Warranty & Repair
Need an adjustment made to your bag? Please bring it to our store and we will do repair it. If you are not close to our location please call us.
For bags and jackets that are within one year of the original date of purchase, Canadian Leather Creations Inc will provide re-stitching at no cost. Beyond one year, there will be a modest cost for re-stitching.
Other services such as replacing the lining, zipper, strap, buckles or hardware involve a small fee.
The repairs are feasible only if the leather is in workable condition. If the leather is cracking or dry due to usage and not able to sustain a repair, it will not be able to undergo repairs.
While you may take your leather repair needs to a local leather repair shop, it may be less expensive for you to get it repaired by Canadian Leather Creations Inc. At the time of repairs, associates can notify you of the cost so that you are prepared before sending it out.
Custom Made Orders
|No return or exchange on custom made order, please make sure before|
you place your order check the details of the items.
If you don’t have your receipt:
|Please send as much information with your return as possible including the name, phone number, and address where the order was sent and/or billed to, email address or credit card used to purchase the item. Any refund will be credited to the original account used to place the order. If you are returning your merchandise to a store without receipt your refund will be issued to you in a form of a credit note.|
|All return shipment needs to complete the return form and enclose along with original packaging and purchase payment receipt.|
Unfortunately, we can not honor returns without proof of purchase.
